J. Brandt Communications (JBC) is a 15 year old, highly successful and nationally recognized communications company that specializes in telephone on-hold marketing solutions through their JBC On-Hold® division. We are able to partner with other businesses to help them implement a new and exciting marketing program designed to improve their business and round out their other Marketing, Advertising, Branding and PR efforts.

THE BEGINNING.
JBC was founded in 1993 by Jack and Jeff Brandt, a Father and Son team. Jack came from a long background in Sales, Marketing and Advertising and Jeff came prepared with a history in Sales as well as the Entertainment & Broadcasting industry. From the beginning Jack and Jeff have been pushing the limits of the industry and available technology; little did they know it would lead to redefining the whole on-hold industry.

PROGRESSIVE.
JBC couples cutting edge, Internet driven, proprietary technology with a thorough understanding of TRUE marketing and how it can be used on-hold. This unique combination allows us to complement other Marketing, Advertising, Branding and PR efforts in the most effective way possible while satisfying the consumers’ expectations when they call a business.

Over the last 15 years JBC has grown from a local On-Hold MESSAGING company which included just 2 voice talents into a Nationwide On-Hold MARKETING Company who employees 12 nationally recognized professional voice talents, 2 full-time professional copywriters, and a 6 person executive team.
